Presentations
- Using Immersive Digital Twins to Visualize Community RevitalizationHouseal Lavigne collaborated with the St. Louis Development Corporation to create an immersive Digital Twin of an economically challenged neighborhood. By combining GIS data and 3D modeling through ArcGIS and Unreal Engine, we developed a tool that allowed stakeholders to visualize future scenarios, explore design options, and simulate real-world conditions. This immersive experience was highlighted by the Mayor in her State of the City address as a driver for future investments and community engagement.

- STL 2030 Progress Capital Projects Map: Tracking Metro InvestmentsThis map captures transformative developments and major infrastructure investments across the 15-county bi-state St. Louis metropolitan area since January 2021. The map was created through a collaborative effort in which data was collected from dozens of public and private partners across the metro. Greater St. Louis, Inc.’s STL2030Progress.com website visualizes the region’s geography of economic transformation and growth and was called “a model every other metro area in the country should follow” by urban policy expert Bruce Katz. The map is updated comprehensively once a year.
