A key feature is a dashboard that visualizes data from ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS QuickCapture, and ArcGIS Experience Builder alongside authoritative sources like weather and traffic. GIS enabled us to replace paper notes, phone calls, and isolated phone apps with a centralized digital system. Ongoing training ensures these tools remain effective for emergency response.
