Agricultural Best Management Practices (BMPs) are an integral part of Florida’s water resource protection. This session showcases strategies in complex data collection and land record management by leveraging ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Workflow Manager and ArcGIS Dashboards. Learn how the Florida Department of Agriculture emphasized the importance of spatial data to executive leadership and used GIS to address challenges, foster transparency among stakeholders, and enable data-driven policy decisions.

Winrock International and ACR partnered with Blue Raster to design and develop the ACR Agriculture Registry. Supporting the adoption and implementation of conservation practices by U.S. rice and beef producers in Arkansas, Missouri and Tribal Lands, the Registry creates a record of impact and tradable certificates to deliver financial value to the farmers and ranchers. The application is built on Esri’s ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript where the location of farms, fields, and practices implemented drives decision making and certificate value.
